Therapy is a journey filled with small, manageable steps. If you are ready to take the first step, feel free to contact me for an initial consultation.

I do not want to waste your time or money and because of that I offer a free 20 min scheduled phone call to ensure that you feel that we are a good fit.  During this time we will also discuss what therapy would look like for you: the frequency, length of time you envision therapy lasting, and what your end goal would look like.  After that initial phone call a first session can be scheduled.

Taking the initial step to reach out might be hard, but I encourage you to be brave! Know you will be responded to with care and understanding. I look forward to hearing from you!
